HATRED began in 1990, and is led by Vocalist/ Guitarist Tim Clayborne (Hatred/PainmuseuM) and Co-founding, Guitarist Joe Jablonski (Hatred/BlackMass). Their first official release was "Daze of Darkness" EP. in 1994. Followed up by "Suffer", a 4 song EP in 1996. The year 2000 brought the debut full length, "The Offering". This was released independently threw Hell House Entertainment in the U.S. and Via Demolition Records in the UK and Europe. Hatred toured in the U.S. for "The Offering" with shows supporting such acts as King Diamond, Overkill, Cryptopsy. For the past couple years HATRED has been simmering in the background while Tim and Joe have been working on other projects. Tim, recording and touring with "PainmuseuM" and Joe recording with "Black Mass"
Tim's other project "PainmuseuM" released their debut c.d.. "Metal For Life" in 2004 in the U.S. through C.M.M. Entertainment and in 2005 Via Demolition Records in Europe and Japan. The band also includes Metal Mike Chlasciak on guitar (Halford/Sebastian Bach), and Bobby Jarzombek on drums (Halford/Sebastian Bach), bass duties on the album were handled by Steve Digiorgio (Sadus,Testament,Sebastian Bach). Tim's role in PainmuseuM is that of Vocalist/Song Writer. Writing the lyrics for 7 of 11 tracks on the c.d.. with titles such as "Bloody Wings" "Dogs in a Cage" and "Speak the Name". PainmuseuM took part in the "Metal Goods" tour with Halford, Testament, Immortal, Behemoth, ect. and has appeared at various festivals. Look for them live as they have upcoming tour plans and have ben writhing new material.
Joe has been busy working with "Black Mass" handling all of the strings, while "The Evil One" handled the drums and Vocals for Black Mass's latest, "Conquering Legions of Astaroth". Which was released through Grim Nocturnal Records in 2005 and is also available through I.V. Entertainment.
Now the time has come for HATRED to rear it's ugly face once again. 2009 will bring a new full length album;"BURNING PARADISE" the follow up to "The Offering" as well as the return of HATRED to the stage!
Work on the new album has already begun. All of the material has been written and the band is currently working with Ron Vento at Night Sky Studios in Waldorf, Md.
Dave Lozano formerly of the Texas thrash band (Devastation) was behind the kit for some of the material and James Dell of Rochester, NY. will be handling the drum duties for the upcoming songs to be tracked. "Hear Them Scratching" "Evil" and "Weak and Wounded" are a few of the songs that will be featured on the new release.
