The Jaycees is a national organization that focuses on community service and leadership for professional adults ages 18-40. Our local chapter, Hattiesburg Jaycees, has several service projects we do through the year. We have an annual Cookout for Cops on July 4th, we sponsor both the Forrest County Junior Miss Pageant and the Hattiesburg Christmas Parade. These are just a few of the projects we do during the year. Its not all work and no play though, we love to hangout at football parties and are talking about doing some movie nights too. Its a great organization to belong to because you meet so many different people and build your leadership skills as well.
