I don't watch much TV, and very soon I will not own one, but when i do sit down to watch tv, my favorite shows are as follows: The Young Ones, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Seinfeld, Sopranos, Deadwood, Lost (that show is fucking addictive as hell), and Reality shows(the trashier the better) I also really like nearly everything on LinkTV Channel.They have the best short documentaries on that channel.
Books
So ill try to encompass 27 years of reading into this small little blurb (yes i could read fresh out of the womb), I like a lot of the humorists like Augusten Burroughs, Chuck Kloseterman, David Sedaris, Winston Groom, Lewis Grizzard.I also like anything by Hubert Selby, Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, Charles Bukowski, Neruda, Paul Bowles, Nietzche, Henry Miller, Steinbeck, Celan, Hemmingway, etc. etc. etc.
Oh and some others i really like are Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee, Captain Corelli's Mandolin (the movie was horrific but the book is a great dose of dark comedy), Resistance and Rebellion by Camus, Common Sense by Thomas Paine, and Candide by Voltaire.I'm sure ill think of more later.

About me: I guess the only hypothetically admirable thing i do is exercise my mind as much as possible.I read as often as possible and listen to music on a nearly 24/7 basis.I try to stay politically educated, and love nothing more than a friendly discussion on global politics, and the negative affect of suburban sprawl on the quality of life in America.I tend to bite my nails until they bleed.As far as what i do for a living I'm paid to be a grammar nazi. I tend to turn trips into the bathroom, into a literary study.I love riding my bike.San Francisco is such a great city to bike in.I don't understand why some people, like my neighbor, drive everywhere?They will search for a parking spot for 30 minutes rather than take the five minute walk to the store.It's sheer madness.I tend to be a somewhat malleable person so i try to steer clear of religious conversations.I have this underlying fear someone may coax me into joining some strange cult that believes in aliens and wants to overthrow the government.I have an intense dislike for people who take too long in the self-checkout line at grocery stores, bankers, those cultish people who play with frisbees in the park, cell phone companies, PDA, most pop music, and Paula Poundstone (I'm not really sure why on that last one).Otherwise I'm fairly open to most of society's niches.
I think my favorite part about this addictive little site is reading people's blogs, book selections, and music selections.Oh yeah and one point i want to make about that, is dont say you, "Like everything except country".People who say they like everything like nothing.I bet i could play some non-country you would be sure not to like.How about Mannheim Steamroller?Whats worse than cheesy dance remixes, of christmas songs?I also have a problem with the people who say they, "Dont Read".Do you live in a cave?Do you value your ignorance?

Just saw ur pics of Coyote Hills. I spent an entire day there when I was a teenager. i rode my cousins beach cruiser throughout the entire park. I loved riding down the steep hills and then stomping on the brake and skidding sideways on the dirt when I got to the bottom. Fun times:) wish i could do it again.
