The net proceeds from the show will go directly to benefit the American Red Cross San Diego Wild Fire fund. There will also be a silent auction for some items donated from musicians, artists, and other companies. Raffles will be held throughout the weekend. Food will also be on sale at the show. The daily line up will be announced very soon. The daily capacity for this event is very limited. (approximately 200). Advance tickets will be on sale this weekend through O'Connels, or by contacting us directly. Ticket prices will be $18.00 per day. The ticket price is a minimum donation, but offering more as a donation will be greatly appreciated.
THE RED CROSS WILL BE ON SITE BOTH DAYS TO TAKE ANY ADDITINAL DONATIONS (RECEIPTS WILL BE ISSUED FOR TAX PUPOSES). PLEAS MAKE DONATION CHECKS PAYABLE TO THE-AMERICAN RED CROSS SAN DIEGO WILDFIRES- This event will sell out very quickly, and no additional tickets will be available. PLEASE HELP US DO SOMETHING GOOD FOR PEOPLE, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA IS BEING DIRECTLY AFFECTED BY THESE TERRIBLE FIRES. WE ARE STILL SEEKING BANDS WILLING TO DONATE THEIR TIME FOR THIS EVENT.
Who I'd like to meet: Wildfires have destroyed over 1,500 homes and caused over 900,000 evacuations effecting all of us in Southern California. We are going to be directly donating all proceeds to:
NATIONAL DISASTER RELIEF FUND
The American Red Cross responds to approximately 75,000 disasters a year, including the California Wildfires, floods, house fires, storms, tornadoes, hurricanes and other disasters, providing aid to more disaster victims nationwide.
This means that every eight minutes a disaster strikes and a family turns to the Red Cross for help.
All American Red Cross disaster assistance is free, made possible by voluntary donations of time and money from the American people. You can help the victims of thousands of disasters across the country each year, disasters like the wildfires in California, by making a financial gift to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund, which enables the Red Cross to provide shelter, food, counseling and other assistance to victims of disaster. The American Red Cross honors donor intent.
We had a fucking blast! I think our band was drunk that whole 48 hours. We spent both days listening to the music and supporting and god we had fun. 3rd Alley, High Tide, Josh Fischel and The Ziggens were among my favorites for the night. We had a great time, and I ended up winning twice in the raffle the first night. It was an awesome night, thank you mike and O'Connells for putting the show on. It was a blast. We even had fun playing, even though it was early, people still dug it. So we had a great time! THANK YOU BANDS WHO PARTICIPATED and Thank you for everyone who came!!! Do we know how much was raised by the end?
