Any style of music invented before 1990. This doesn't mean that I don't like modern bands. I love heavy metal, death metal, metal, rock, punk rock, classic rock, rock'n'roll, jazz, funk, soul, ska, reggae, classical, opera, musicals.......the list goes on (not necessarily in this order). Basically no hip hop or rap or other crap.
Movies
I like many films, comedy being my favoured genre. Action is always good, horror is funny, fantasy/adventure is cool, romantic films are ok (as long as they're comedies). British comedies, like Monty Python, rule overall.

I watch it a lot less often nowadays. The few programmes I do watch are:
Books
I find the most immersive genre for me is fantasy/adventure. My favourite author, I suppose you could say, is Trudi Canavan (The Black Magician Trilogy, nothing to do with racism).
I do like great classics, like 1984 or Lord of the Rings etc.
I have been called many things; a legend, a prodigy, a sexy man thing, idiot, smartass, etc. It has generally been the case wherever I go and with whoever I meet, so I have come to the conclusion that all the statements are true.
My talents/gifts include the ability to play a tune after hearing it only once or twice. My perfect pitch ability is coming along nicely too. I'm not the best performer, however I do try to put on a good show.
