Have At It is about one thing, and one thing only; making good music. There’s no look. Nobody has a hula-hoop through his nose or uncomfortably skinny jeans. There’s no eye shadow. There’s no faux hawk. Well, sometimes there’s a faux hawk, but we spend less time worrying about being in magazines or spending a big record company advance, and more time working on the music. Would we like to be able to make a living with our music? Of course, but that’s not what this is really about. The important thing is that we enjoy playing it and people enjoy hearing it. Fads come and go, but a good tune is forever.
