I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V4.4 (www.strikefile.com/myspace) Havilah plays all original songs made from love, endless highways, trainwrecks, large cow paintings and superfarmhouses. Havilah's songwriting fuses jazz and blues influences with an alternative edge. A gypsy at heart, Havilah recently returned from a year long stint in Europe where she performed in Irish pubs, flamenco bars and Italian rodeos. Upon returning to the U.S., Havilah relocated to the musical treasure trove of Austin, TX where she has become a fast fixture among a vibrant community of singer songwriters. Havilah is about to release her fourth CD "Bengalese Butterflies" which was recorded and produced in both Austin and Bellingham, WA. Stay tuned for release dates which will hopefully be around the first week of October.
