 
Havin'A Laugh Records comes in 1988 from an idea of Marco Balestrino, the KLASSE KRIMINALE' s singer. In the same year their first single called "COSTRUITO IN ITALIA" (HAL01) came out like
an Havin'A Laugh Records production. Then, in 1989 there was the
debut album of KLASSE KRIMINALE "CI INCONTREREMO ANCORA UN GIORNO" (HAL
LP 001). In 1991 the compilation "OI! SIAMO ANCORA QUI!" (HAL LP 002)
came out. This was an important document cause it assembled all the
most important italian Oi! bands of that period
(ASOCIALE, GHETTO 84, THE STAB, ROUGH, ALKOOLNAUTI...). Thanks to the
success of this album, OI! IT'S A WORLD
LEAGUE!" (HAL LP 003) came out. This can be considered the first
example of an international Oi! compilation since that period and it
contains a lot of very important bands like BUSINESS, 4 SKINS, ANTI
HEROS, DIE LOKAL
MATADORE... In the same time the ASOCIALE single "NOVUN COMUM" (HAL
002) came out. Some years after when Silvio Berlusconi became the
President of the Cabinet in Italy,
Havin'A Laugh replied with OI! AGAINST SILVIO" (HALCD001), the first
CD compilation with bands like NABAT, REAZIONE, 17100 KIDZ, KLASSE
KRIMINALE, ERODE, LOS FASTIDIOS... In 1996 the second international
compilation called "OI! AGAINST RACISM" (HAL LP 004) came out, with
ANGELIC UPSTARTS, SHAM 69, THE TEMPLARS, KLAXON... Many years after the
CD "STAY PUNK" (HALCD01) followed. This was another good compilation
with AGNOSTIC FRONT, US BOMBS, ARGIE, DEADLINE...
Then, in 1996 there was another important realizing with the split
single 7" THE OPPRESSED VS KLASSE KRIMINALE "HEAVYWEIGHT OI! CHAMPIONSHIP OF THE WORLD" (HAL003). In 2007 Havin'A Laugh is again protagonist thanks to two new issues: the new KLASSE KRIMINALE album "STRENGTH & UNITY" (HALCD02) and the
split single 7" KLASSE KRIMINALE/THE GONADS "PUNK IS BACK! OI! OI! OI!" (JOINT-EP-001).
Havin'A Laugh Records nasce nel 1988 da un'idea di Marco Balestrino cantante dei KLASSE KRIMINALE. Proprio in quell'anno usciva il loro primo singolo "COSTRUITO IN ITALIA" (HAL01) prima produzione della Havin'A Laugh Records. Nel 1989 segue "CI INCONTREREMO ANCORA UN GIORNO" (HAL LP 001) debut album dei KLASSE KRIMINALE. Nel 1991 esce la compilazione "OI! SIAMO ANCORA QUI!" (HAL LP 002) un importante documento che raccoglie insieme tutte le maggiori Oi! band italiane del momento (ASOCIALE, GHETTO 84, THE STAB, ROUGH, ALKOOLNAUTI...). Sulla scia del successo di questo disco nasce subito dopo "OI! IT'S A WORLD LEAGUE!" (HAL LP 003) il primo esempio di compilazione Oi! internazionale esistente fino ad allora. Al suo interno appaiono band del calibro di BUSINESS, 4 SKINS, ANTI HEROS, DIE LOKAL MATADORE... In contemporanea l'uscita del singolo degli ASOCIALE "NOVUN COMUM" (HAL 002). Qualche anno dopo a seguito dell'ascesa al potere di Silvio Berlusconi la Havin'A Laugh risponde con "OI! AGAINST SILVIO" (HALCD001) la prima realizzazione su CD che racchiude importanti band quali: NABAT, REAZIONE, 17100 KIDZ, KLASSE KRIMINALE, ERODE, LOS FASTIDIOS... Nel 1996 la seconda raccolta internazionale: "OI! AGAINST RACISM" (HAL LP 004) con: ANGELIC UPSTARTS, SHAM 69, THE TEMPLARS, KLAXON... A cui seguirà qualche anno dopo la compilazione su CD "STAY PUNK" (HALCD01) con AGNOSTIC FRONT, US BOMBS, ARGIE, DEADLINE... Nel 2006 un'altra importante realizzazione lo split singolo in formato vinile 7" THE OPPRESSED VS KLASSE KRIMINALE "HEAVYWEIGHT OI! CHAMPIONSHIP OF THE WORLD" (HAL003) . Il 2007 è un anno importante per la Havin'A Laugh che la vede protagonista con due nuove importanti realizzazioni:
il nuovo album dei KLASSE KRIMINALE "STRENGTH & UNITY" (HALCD02) e lo split singolo 7" KLASSE KRIMINALE/THE GONADS "PUNK IS BACK! OI! OI! OI!" (JOINT-EP-001).
