Hawaiian Island Student Suites are off-campus student housing communities for rent in the Honolulu/Waikiki area. Rental rates vary between unit style and community, but all units include a furniture package, gas, electric and water. Unlike traditional apartments where all residents living in an apartment are equally responsible for rent, Hawaiian Island Student Suites offers "individual lease responsibility." This means that you are never responsible for your roommates rent. Living in Hawaiian Island Student Suites is very similar to living in an on-campus residence hall. Resident Assistant (RA's) are there to help residents with personal needs and plan social events

Hey everyone....I'm from Texas but moving there soon to go to HPU for grad school this Fall. Any suggestions on living etc?!?! I don't know ANYONE....so this is kind of a big move!! I'm excited though :)
