Me with a lot of help from Phil Bullyment on the tracks 'Kiss My Ass' and 'Around The Sun'. Also do a lot of work with Gumbo Ya Ya (check him out) and anybody else who comes along with a similar vibe.
Influences
The Beatles, Beck, Scott Walker, Stevie Wonder, Nick Drake, Davey Graham, Dan the Automator, Brian Prothero, Tony Joe White, Dr John, Tim Hardin, Radiohead, Marvin Gaye, Otis Redding lots of funk and pebbles style garage. Why did I start this there are far too many too list so I'll leave it there.
Been in and out of bands since I was 15, originally as just a drummer and then picking up other instruments as when and needed and ending up singing as well. One of the founding members the downbeat Bamboo Soul and the upbeat Modern Sound Library. Loved music since the womb. Played maida vale for radio 1, released three e.p.s, licenced tracks to fat city and featured on Ritons first album later included on a universal comp.
