Hi Hayley, I just wanted to thank you for what you do. I am on track to be a girls minister, and your books have been the best resources I've found. I did a girls retreat a couple of weeks ago, and we used the "Idol Girls" event planner. It was wonderful! We had a great time, and even the girls who don"t like to read enjoyed your book. So.. THANK YOU! Oh, and we made shirts for the retreat, and came up with the idea to use a "don't feed the animals" sign to remind ourselves about what we learned, and for other people to ask us what it's all about. I was at my local christian book store awhile ago and came across your books.. When I saw the WHATS TO SEXY and the TECHNICAL VIRGIN... my friend and I had one of those uncomfortable laughs and moved on.. now I can't see to forget about it, and am going back to buy it. I am a little worried about getting called on my "questionable" activities and actions but feel called to read them.
I'm reading your book Mean Girls, and I had a question....Is it bad if you have a friend or a person stick up for you to the mean girl? Will that make the mean girl more tempted to target the victim?
