Hi I'm Hayley Gaftarnick..I'm a singer/song writer from good old Leeds. I've been doing lots of gigs, playing locally and in london. Venues such as..too2much, The Marque Club, The Bedford, Borderline, The Jazz Cafe. Supporting 'Marlena Shaw' and supported 'Kid Creole and The Coconuts'. I'm looking to gig outside of Leeds now. I write all my own music, although I used to be in a couple of rock bands when I first started..'Alphajerk' and 'Cointree', but I left to go solo. I picked up the guitar and starting writing straight away. There are a lot of artists, over the years, that have inspired me and my music. It seems to change all the time. At the moment I'm gigging regularly. I run 'Sunday Sessions' an acoustic night in Leeds at Santiago's bar, in the Grand Arcade and Gaftarnick and guests at The Wardrobe..Live at Verve/Leeds every Thursday..Can't beat live performance!

just had time to sit down and listen to your songs properly and they sound great. will have to try and make it to one of your gigs someday. anyway, i recorded some of my songs, and look at me now is up on my page, so you can listen to it all you want (if you want). just wanted to say thanks again for all your support, you've helped my confidence so much. hopefully see you some day in the future. good luck with it all, katie xx
