“I sensed an innocent envy from the guys. We wished they could join us, and they wished likewise, but school and work owned their youth. Trips like ours are greener grass left unknown for fear of believing trite sayings, sayings that are sometimes true. But theirs is an existence under the weight and awareness of time, a place we are slowly escaping, a world growing fainter by the hour and the mile. Our letters will arrive like messages in bottles cast from the luminary of distant shores.”

Hi, I found you're profile going through Boo Boo Record's friends list and realized I went to Cuesta with you and we met in Mr. West's class and I remember you telling me you were going to Berkeley. Anyway, good luck and take care!

P.S. I like your documentary! I definitely remember you being the favorite student of the class.
Thank you so much for being a friend on here, I really appreciate your support. Come check out my songs when you when a chance and let me know what you think!
I watched your documentary and found it facinating. All I have to say is I'm glad you picked music at the end. Seems like your lost but i guess college is the place for that. I miss seeing you at UC cuesta :(
What keeps me motivated, as a musician, would have to be the connection within my band, I love connecting and being apart of something that is bigger than me, I wouldn't call it an ego thing; and I think I'm quite humble, but there is something about playing music live that is freakin cool, its the best feeling on earth for me. Maybe because I didn't stand out as a kid, I feel the need for attention..I don't know haha
Moral of the story, Don't abandon music! haha, Have you tried playing with others live? its way more facinating than a solo performance, I'm sure you have though...pretty sure :)
I'll bet you and your friends would love the show I'm hosting Wed. Jan. 7 -- Adam Pasion of Briertone, Polaroid Truth from NYC, Austin Atiyeh of THIS, and Joelyn Lutz -- free! 7pm, 3rd Coast Cafe, Santa Maria.
I think you we're the one who technically rocked CMF : ) Great voice, great songs, you're going places lady. let me know when you have an EP or album out and when you're gonna be around the san jose area.
I took all music classes this semester...I actually wasnt planning on going back, but bass lessons are cheaper through cuesta...so really I have my bass instructor to thank. haha But yeah, I think I might just go after my jazz studies AA, but I dont know. I still might have 2 majors, just depends on where I am at by the end of summer, ya know?
BERKLEY?! WOWWWWW!!!! Congratulations! I'm totally happy for you. That is like a dream come true. My friend Djordje I think teaches bass through that school...But that is just killer!!
I had no idea I was in the cuestonian..I might have to look at that. haha Yeah, I was in the beginning jazz combo and Ive just been writing and playing music with my guitarist friend erik. I am playing bass for him at some gig in a couple weeks. I'll let you know where its at if you want to come by. It'd be cool to see ya!
