Music to rock out to? Believe it! Music to chill out to? Certainly! Music to get down to? Why not? Hazard Adams is here, all the above, and ready to rock. Hailing from Boston, this rock/alt.country band has a sound both fun and quirky while remaining meaningful and ambitious. Comprised of Jesse Friedberg (guitars/lead vocals), Chris Perry (guitar/mandolin), Chris Franzen (drums/backing vocals), and Pete D.W (bass/backing vocals), these four gentlemen play music true to rock’s roots and it shows. Their sound is organic with influences ranging from the classic rock of The Who to the alt country stylings of Wilco and Ryan Adams. Friedberg and Perry do the majority of song writing, the solid backbone of their music. Friedberg and Perry have a gift for lyricism and general song writing and Jesse combines humor, sincerity, and emotion in his voice. They have self released a debut EP, and are looking to get another out in 2009. Hazard Adams’ music has already been featured in the major motion picture “Senior Skip Day,” and have played numerous shows in the Boston and New York area to excited crowds. This band is going places, and you don’t want to miss out on the ride!
