It's my birthday this weekend and I will be celebrating on Friday. First at Audio and then heading on to the Buddha where myself, Will and Cagedbaby will be DJing. I will also be singing with MULA on Thursday at The Ocean Rooms along with Culprit 1 and Radioplastic. We'll be onstage around 10pm. How's it going? Hope you are well. We just put some new tracks and new versions on the page and we hope you will stop by and check them out.
We had 'Don't Curse the Sun' mastered by a guy named Bunt who has mastered many great records including some by Morrissey, the Magic Numbers, and Thom York's latest amongst others. We had the drums have been properly recorded first, and now we are going through all the tunes in the same way to finish them up.
Our other news of the moment is about Garageband.com. We are up at no.27 in the alt pop charts(no.1 in our round) and so they are going to promote us to Clear Channel radio stations across the USA. We will have a list of stations on our page within a couple of weeks!
Meanwhile we'd love to hear what you think of our final version of 'Dont Curse the Sun' and of the other 3 tunes. A couple new ones will be up in a week or so.
Gonna be playing psychedelic rock sunday upstairs at the Prince Albert from 1-6pm or if you really want to push the boat out it's my birthday bash on Friday. Bring an extra liver.
