*Marcus J Mount a.k.a. H Black was born and raised in a small town called Perth Amboy in New Jersey. As a child, he always had the love and passion for music. Watching many of those that we refer to today as the greatest solo artist and groups of all times. Such as Jodeci, Guy, Aaron Hall, Boyz II Men, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Surface, Mint Condition and Shai. Just to name a few. Among those artist who had the opportunity to establish a name for them selves. He was also influenced by what we call today unknown artist his father and older brother. As they went to different studios,he observed them recording and it not only flourished his curiosity in music but also broadened his knowledge of the music industry. As h black got older,he noticed the twist and turns that the music industry was taking and in constant disappointment he utilized his skills and natural born talent to his advantage and dedicated countless hours in his bedroom studio and created his own melodies that are so catchy that you catch yourself moving your shoulders to the beat as you drive. He wrote lyrics that anyone could relate to,that are so emotional,you could actually feel his pain as it brings a tear to your eyes. To top it all off he produced it and sang it with just the love for music,expecting nothing in return. Unfortunately,many of those who shared the same dream of making it to the spotlight and getting their 15 minutes of fame took advantage of his generosity,skills and talent and used him and once they achieved their goal, they kicked him to the curb. Fortunately, those who took advantage of him failed to realize that h black only gets better with time. Whot those artist received was just the tip of the iceberg and although his music will always be ahead of it's time. There is nothing better in life than acquiring knowledge through experience. Some of the lessons he learned are, nothing is free in life,be careful in whom you trust,never burn bridges and never mix family or friendship with business. With those lessons in mind,experience under his belt and with the help of his great guitarist harry atkinson,h black can say with confidence that he is ready to concentrate on his own projects and give the world what its been lacking in years. Great music with lyrics that express love,one of the hardest things that mant artist are afraid to sing about. Something that got lost in the whole process of making music,because of being blindsided by wanting to make money and getting caught up with trying to be hardcore.*
