DJHC started his DJing from the influence of his life long friend
older brother known as "Dr. Geason at the age of 12 in the city
of New Orleans. Years later HC DJ his 1st nightclub (Alias Smith
& Jones) gig at age 14 Alias Smith & Jones from there he was the
DJ of many house parties throughout Downtown and New Orleans East
which gave him a chance to be apart of his 1st DJ Crew (Rockers
Revenge) which was one of the hottest DJ Crews in the City. At
this point in his career HC was just the kid that was
hot on the block until he met Denny Dee of (New York Inc)
which was responsible for the making of the careers of Mannie
Fresh DJ, Wop, Mia X !!! Along with DJHC as far as not just being
a DJ but being The DJ. From this point Led HC to Hook Up with
life long friend and legendary Rapper Bustdown and be his
official DJ . Bustdown and HC from that point were touring the country working the
Luke's Records release Nasty Bitch Chapter 1. From there HC took
a more corporate side towards the Industry and started his own
promotions company (HC 2 Da Concrete) which was an opportunity to
move in a regional management position for various record labels
such as Death Row, Loud Records, Priority Records, and Virgin
Records. With all of HC's label situations he still DJ at various
events through the years at various conventions, after parties
etc.
DJHC resides in New Orleans where he's in the fields of not only
DJing at various events in the city with mostly members of the
Ghetto Dreamz Movement and such DJ's like DJ Maxmillion
along with providing industry services to various DJ's
Independent artist and companies raging from consulting to promotions
Never forget my people that were lost in Katrina along with the
living victims. New Orleans 4EVER!!!!!!
