HEADBOMB plays 90’s/modern rock covers and originals that will keep your customers entertained until last call. Whether your crowd wants to groove on the dance floor, or just plain rock out, HEADBOMB delivers.
Formed in 2005, HEADBOMB is fronted by Jeff Bovee whose musical influences include everyone from Eddie Vedder to Elvis. Jeff’s dynamic vocal range allows the band to cover a wide variety of artists including Bush, Lit, Counting Crows, Guns-n-Roses, Pearl Jam, and AC/DC. Always working the crowd, Jeff strives to ensure your customers will feel as they are a part of the HEADBOMB experience. Guitar duties are covered by Jason Finn. Originally from Brooklyn, Jason grew up on the chops of Page, Rhodes, Lynch, and Young, and has performed in various bands throughout New York State playing a variety of genres. HEADBOMB's thundering low-end is manufactured by the old school playing of Bill Bauer. A Brooklyn/Queens native, Bill's club experience began in downstate with influences as varied as Entwistle, Flea, Bruce, and Wyman.
Bill is always in search of that groove to provide a platform that keeps
people dancing all night long. . Finally, the rhythm section is anchored down by Jim Bovee. Having played for many years in clubs all across New York and Vermont, Jim’s timing is unwavering. Jim is schooled in all musical genres and has had the opportunity to play with many well-known recording artists including Shania Twain. Together, these four musicians comprise HEADBOMB, one of the most exciting new bands to come out of upstate New York.
HEADBOMB has played all over the Albany/Glens Falls/Saratoga region and is versatile enough to win over any crowd that enjoys modern music. Our song selection and setlists have been carefully planned to keep the energy level high, and the crowd entertained until the last chord is struck.
