My family's recent heritage is Italian but my culture is Jah - I am a spiritual woman who give thanks daily to the Creator through Roots Reggae meditation and the guided practice of Kundalini. The League of Nations disrespected Ethiopa and Haile Selassie I by watching as Italy marched in its troops - because under their false comraderie they wanted to ensure that all of Africa was colonialized by Europe. It is a blemish on the rich culture of Italy and I do not worship at the steps of the Vatican which destroyed so much of indigenous culture. But I am a child of God and so a daughter of the Tribes of Israel, once nomadic wanderers of desert lands and forIver kings and queens of a Blessed earth culture, traveling through time on the bloodline of those living with and of Jah Divine Creator.

Yeah since my boyfriend is vegetarian, he loved eating the udipi at the Cleveland Gurudwara. Most of the Sikhs in Ohio are vegetarian. Although the only India restaurant in downtown Pittsburgh called India Palace is owned by a Sikh family and they serve meat and it's good. I was vegetarian for many years, but after I found out I have Type O negative blood I went back to eating meat. I hope to see you soon! Sat Nam.
I miss you!! Did ya see my bulletin from today? I started to take Punjabi language classes at the Guru Gobind Singh Gurugwara in Cleveland. The Kundalini Yoga classes out here are a joke.
