About me:

When I started The Heartland Bakery in 2001, I wanted to create a company that provides a great tasting variety of baked goods, as well as a wholesome, all-natural alternative for today's health-conscious consumers. All of our breads are sweetened with raw local honey and made with 100% fresh ground whole wheat flour that is certified chemical-free and non-GMO. All of our baked goods are completely free of artificial additives and preservatives too.

Maybe you could just experiment... Pumpkin Almond Flour Eggs Cinnamon Agave Apple Sauce? Baking Soda Vanilla Extract I don't know. You are the genius!

RO/BO/CT/OP/US	Aug 29 2006 2:43 AM laura- thank you so much for the loaves of bread!they were a big hit as gifts. i was told that it was "absolutely delicious" by one family, "some of the best toast ever" by another family, and ian leach said that he was, " proud that this was the only loaf of bread from the heartland bakery in michigan." an over all success i must say. thanks again! -will
