Welcome to Myspace everyone. I first came into contact with your book, The Heartmath Solution when I was taking a non-violent communication class with someone who was in much better touch with his feelings and needs than myself.
After doing the Freeze frame technique once in class, and seeing how it simplified my brain's desire to conjure multiple solutions that might or might not help me and not know the difference, I wanted to know more.
Since that time I have read the book and getting in touch with my heart has replaced all of my methods of meditation and self aware processes, or at least is incorporated in with them now.
