About me:

I'm an artist (painter, collage artist, sculptor, printmaker for 22 years) and new poet (9 years)only interested in meeting creative people. I am NOT interested in dating at all at this time, I am happily in a serious relationship of 3 months! I love to dance, sing, laugh, hike, cook (especially spicy food) read, walk, go to poetry readings and art openings. I've shown my art in Toronto and Vancouver mainly and a few group shows that have been in New Brunswick and a travelling show that was sent to New York, NY, Berlin, Germany and Denmark. RECENT: I was a Featured Reader at: Poetry Around the World, Chapters, Metrotown, April 16, 2009 I was the featured poet for the Blue Moon Reading Series Nov. 13, 2008 in Abbotsford. I was the featured poet representing Thundering Word at Summer Dream Literary Fest. on July 26, 2008 at 4 - 4:15 PM on the Main Stage at Lumberman's Arch, Stanley Park. I performed my poetry at the Fearless Fest. on August 24th, at 5:30 - 5:45 PM at the Blackwater Cafe, 280 Carrall St. I'm actually being paid to do this one! I performed my poetry at Speaking Words of Wisdom between 2-3 PM at 29th August at Brittania Community Centre on Commercial Dr. Recent: Poetry reading at the Poetry Slam Open Mic 2-3 times a month at Cafe Deux Soleil on Monday nights in 2008. Also reading at Thundering Word Open Mic at the Cafe Montmartre every 1st and 3rd Sunday evenings. my solo art show "the Secret Heart" on February 14, 2008 at Performing Arts Lounge on Cardero St. in Vancouver.
