About me:
I'm an artist (painter, collage artist, sculptor, printmaker for 22 years) and new poet (8 years) who is single. I love to dance, sing, laugh, hike, cook (especially spicy food) read and walk. I've shown my art in Toronto and Vancouver mainly and a few group shows that have been in New Brunswick and a travelling show that was sent to New York, NY, Berlin, Germany and Denmark.
I have 5 new photos of new art from Dec. 2007, showed at a Winter Solstice celebration/art show, check it out in my pics!
Upcoming: featured poet representing Thundering Word at Summer Dream Literary Series on July 26, 2008 at 4 PM on the Main Stage at Lumberman's Arch, Stanley Park.
Upcoming: scheduled poetry reading at Words of Wisdom between 2-3 PM at end of August at Brittania Community Centre.
Recent: Poetry reading at the Poetry Slam Open Mic 2-3 times a month at Cafe Deux Soleil on Monday nights in 2008. Also reading at Thundering Word Open Mic at the Cafe Montmartre every 1st and 3rd Sunday evenings.
Recent: my solo art show "the Secret Heart" on February 14, 2008 at Performing Arts Lounge on Cardero St. in Vancouver.

Who I'd like to meet:
Creative people ONLY (artists, poets, musicians etc.) for dating, friendship, discussions, to trade art and poetry and going out to events. I live in Vancouver, CANADA and would like to meet someone who lives here or in the area. I am NOT interested in a long distance relationship! I love Vancouver and don't want to move. I would like to also meet a walking or hiking buddy in the Vancouver area. I haven't gone hiking in years, and I miss it.
