   About HEATHEN


Heathen are one of the most unique bands to rise from the Bay Area Thrash explosion of the 1980s/90s. Heathen's style was characterized by high-speed precision riffage and harmony sections coupled with melodic singing, taking infulences from '70s rock acts such as Rainbow, the NWOBHM (New Wave Of British Heavy Metal) and the first wave of Thrash Metal (Metallica and Exodus).

Heathen are currently writing and recording new material and a three track demo is available from this page and the Heathen website.

you guys are my favorite metal thrash band of all time!!!
seeing you guys at thrasho de mayo last year was one of he best shows ie been too

and i hear that you guys are playing at the whiskey in hollywood septmber 6!
i will be there for sure...

we asked the production company to let us play with you guys but the whiskey is a pay to play venue and the amount
of tickets they want you to see is ridiculouse!

anyways see you guys there!!!!

It is so great to finally be past all the snow! (We had snow all the way up into the start of June!).

Now, the Robins and all the other birds are here making nests, and filling the day with song. I wrote a short song about that, come by and have a listen.
