Hey! We're currently looking for a male or female singer in the Westchester, NY area. We realize you may not be nearby, but if you know anyone in the area who may be interested, please send us a message on MySpace or e-mail me at: damon@settheoryband.com
There are a couple of studio tracks on our page, if you'd like to check them out.
Please help us spread the word. It would really mean a lot.
As you may or may know, we are out to help bands out. We put on events and sponsor bands, which in return play at our events and put their music on our cds. We also work with outside businesses to help get things going.
As a band, labels are looking for professional, self sufficient, business like bands. They want as little to do with you as possible. Part of being professional is looking professional. The facts are over 90% of the bands getting signed today are on MySpace and main their own website as an electronic press kit.
We are now working with Genzardi Media. Genzardi's work is quality and affordable. Most graphic designers ask $250 to do what Genzardi will do for $55. The own of Genzardi Media met with a team of our advisors to come up with these prices.
It is understood that local bands are not bringing in the big bucks and that's why we want to help you. We have bought Genzardi Media on board with us because he understands the same.
If $55 is still too steep take a look at his individual prices:
Logo designs $30 (t-shirts, bass drum heads, banners, stickers, etc...)
4 piece cd design $35 (cd, back, inside, outside), $5 for each additional piece
cd design (cd only) $15
MySpace banners $10 (with the link for fan to add to their page $15)
Member pics linking to their own page $5 ea, but must do all members
Photoshop a pic $5-10 based on detail
Top Banners $30-$40 based on detail
MySpace page (Just Background) $20-$25
Contact Table $5
MySpace Package $55 (includes: background, contact table, top header, and one banner)
Website Design $75
You can also mix and match different services, with discounts on bundled services $60 dollars or more. The more you get, the more you will save. ($60 dollars = $5, and every 60+ it keeps going up, so $120 gets you $10 off).
Once again I have a favour to ask of everyone out there in the MySpace world, and I’m sorry because I know these things can get a bit annoying, but every vote counts, and I am happy to return the favour if you need me to vote or rate anything of yours, so… if you get the chance could you please rate my new song “Million Miles Away” on Triple J Unearthed?
Awesome, amazing show y'all played Friday. It hearkens me back to the glorious days of Texas Metal, you totally invoked the memory of S.A. Slayer, Wizard, Seance, Narita, Militia, Watchtower, La Villa Fontana, La Semana, etc... all the stuff I grew up on. Y'all remind me of a time when metal was both dangerous and inspring. Thanks again. Take care... Slo~Poke...Oh, Happy Turkey Day!!!
