I enjoy long walks on the beach and jamming in ATM vestibules. My latest project is an all-accordion cover band. We play anything from Metallica to Mozart and are available for all occasions.
Heather, you're among the first cool musicians I found when I started this whole thing. I love traditional music!!! Hope you're having a great September.
Damn, you're good. If I were a radio host, I'd even call you "extraordinary." Have a great summer, keep in touch, and who knows, maybe I'll see you sometime at PJ Ryan's or O'Hanlon's or The Behan...

So, Amelia and I are practicing for our gig next month, thinking up some tunes we can put together:
"How about that reel Heather does, the one in D minor with all those triplets?"
(After several minutes of intensive playing)
"Hey, I'd say that's a keeper. Do you know what the tune's called?"
"Naw, I forget. Let's just call it 'Heather's Triplets.'"
That's the kind of tune name which can start some really weird rumors...
Doin' OK. I'm working with Seamus, Laurel and Jimmy and their students for the Irish Studies performance at the BC Arts Festival, and Amelia and I have a gig next month. Morris dance season's coming up, too, of course. Not too many dull moments!
Hey, just want to wish you a Happy St. Patrick's Week (it's no longer just a day, after all)! Hope you've got lots of music on, er, tap for the next several days. Have you had spring break yet?
Can I join your all accordian band?? I don't know how to play, but we can do experimental music. I'll just press lots of buttons and we can call it a crazy solo!
Hiya, Heather! How's every little thing? School must be keeping you busy, since I haven't seen you in a long time. Anyway, just wanted to drop you a quick note. Take care, and hopefully I'll see you around sometime soon. :)
Yeah, we totally need to do that whole hang-out-in-chicago thing. saddly, the one problem with this plan is the chicago part. you see, its kinda, um, far away...
