Heaven Falls Hard was formed in the spring of 1993 by the duo Stacye Bedford and Randy Ashberry. Their current lineup consists of these two with the addition of David Glaser and Joey Moser. They hail from Virginia where they have a good local following, though their fame spreads worldwide. They were picked up by the Italian label Palace of Worms in 2003 for the release of their official debut album In the Obedience of Angels. Between this release and 2007 they have appeared on different compilations and had other smaller releases. 2007 finally saw the release of another major album in the form of Solace on The Fossil Dungeon label.
