| About Heavensent |

Heaven Sent is a Contemporary Christian singing group based in Onancock, VA. Heaven Sent consists of members Sherry Belote, Cindy Fehrman, and Tracy Lovell. The girls are all active members of Onancock Baptist Church, where they met. In 2001 Sherry was set to sing "Shout To The Lord" one Sunday morning, and asked Cindy to sing with her. They needed a third voice, and Cindy suggested Tracy. They started harmonizing immediately at the first practice, and have been singing ever since. In April, 2002 they won 2nd place in the Mountaire Gospel Talent Search contest at Gumboro Fellowship Church in Gumboro Deleware. Since then they have performed across the Eastern Shore. They have just completed work on their self titled CD, which was released in late December, 2004. Their songs have been featured on WESR FM 103.3 (Tasley, VA) during the "Doughty Ford morning song of Faith" and on their Homemade Music hour. Jesus Christ is the focus of their life and their music.
In 2005 Cindy Fehrman's husband Steve was called to pastor a church in western Tennessee, and Heavensent has not had the chance to sing together since. We wish Cindy and Steve the best.
