Nicholas Davio is a singer/songwriter currently residing in Chicago, IL. He studied commercial music with an emphasis on vocal performance at Millikin University in Decatur, IL and graduated with a Bachelor's of Music in 2003. He has appeared nationally and internationally with multiple groups over the past 15 years including the Battle Creek Boychoir, Blue Lake International Choir, Chicago based fusion band Ferdinand Fox, and electronic rock band, Hypermodal. (previously known as Heavier Than Heaven)
Daniel Durrett is a singer/songwriter/producer who has been involved in music since a very young age when he joined the Battle Creek Boychoir. Shortly thereafter, he and his family moved to Germany where he was exposed to a very radical electronic music revolution. His major influences for creating his sounds came from this exposure. He has also been playing and performing guitar in various groups for over 13 years, including rock band Lake Shore Blue. Daniel studied Marketing and Studio Music Production at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI. Daniel currently lives in Chicago, IL. He also works under the alias Jimmy 2 Sticks.
Jake Durrett is currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Art-Film, Video and Media Studies at Western Michigan University. He has established his own Film/Video Production Company; worked on many projects both for the community and for individuals. Jake directed, filmed, edited, and handled all aspects of post-production including distribution and customer service of Lakeview High School’s special event recordings. He also helped create the First Annual Battle Creek Film Festival in the summer of 2006. In 2007, he traveled to the Cannes Film Festival in southern France. There, he placed first in a student documentary competition. As the only student representing southwest Michigan and Western Michigan University, he brought recognition and honor to the area in a field usually dominated by professional film schools. In 2008, Jake joined hypermodal, and brought the element of live video manipulation to the project.

Hypermodal is the brainchild of Chicago Producer/Songwriter Daniel Durrett (aka Jimmy 2 sticks) in collaboration with Chicago Singer/Songwriter Nicholas Davio.
Together we create songs/music influenced by electronic, rock, folk, and minimalist sounds.

It was a fun nite and a great show you guys put on.. You should perform with guitars more often, stop playing video games on stage you stooges!! lol.. You live in chi-town again?! Great man.. I've finally found a guitarist to play with, and a part time drummer who's in fifty other groups (go figure) so im on the fringe of something at least.. i can use all the help i can get.. a bassist, more shows ect.. yea alright man, ill try to make it out that day.. believe it or not i've been hella busy, no luck on musicians yet, chicago seems to be majorly filled with cunts and flakes so its quite the sifting project you see.. lol
