Heavy Frequency aims to provide recognition, respect and media coverage for the talented, promising heavy metal, hardcore and hard rock acts emerging from the Midwest undergrounud. Heavy Frequency provides such free promotional services as a regularly updated shows calendar, weekly mailing list and classifieds section. Heavy Frequency also offers numerous helpful resources, including an extensive and continually growing list of Midwestern venues, and an elaborate list of links to bands, studios, labels, magazines, radio stations, merchandise companies and other promotional resources. The Heavy Frequency staff prides themselves on providing fair, unbiased and accurate coverage of the Midwest metal, hardcore and hard rock music community.
