He Gives and Takes Away is a comedy/drama modern-day remake of the biblical story of Job written by Jamie Thompson, Andy O. Bruce, and Tyler Roggmann.
The film synopsis is: Travis is a young man who has his ducks in a row. He has the perfect house, job, girlfriend, and car. That is, until one day Satan notices this and makes a deal with God to test Travis' faith. Soon, Travis' life falls apart as he looses everything he once had. Now Travis must step up to the plate to prove how much faith he truly has.
This is a Christian film, of course, but it isn’t your typical Christian film. As most know, Christian films are done either extremely well or they end up extremely corny. This film is going to come off as your typical (non-Christian) comedy but will still have a good Christian message at the end so it is still catchy to the audience’s eyes.
