Heidi Hamill was born and raised in Denver, a proud native of Colorado. Convinced she was a baby born in the wrong era, she has always danced to the beat of her own drum - a beat heavily influenced by her father's old record collection and the irresistible jive of a jukebox. In love with the sound of jazz and blues from the past, she feels very fortunate to be a part of a group striving to keep it alive. Heidi recorded background vocals for a few Colorado favorites such as Rodney James & The Blue Flames and Easy Bill & The Big Beat, as well as standing in as a guest for live performances with both. Heidi feels very lucky to have formed a fantastic camaraderie with such talented musicians, all of which bring something very unique and wonderful to the table for Heidi & The Rhythm Rollers.
