when sincerity starts hurting, in that good way, every once in a while you reach that point where through the lo-fi proto folk bliss, the universal things start appearing and you sense that familiarity, that 'been here before' sort of 'did i just feel that?' most of the music so far has been got together with acoustic guitars, broken sounding old keyboards, loops and computer magic. live lately it's all about the basements, the living rooms. beautiful diy.
