Sprung from the brain of former frontman of the Status Quo tribute band “Quotation”, Hein Henderson started his own band, called “Henderson”, some 20 years ago.
After hundreds of gigs in- and outside the borders of The Netherlands, the band seemed to have blown the final whizzle in 2005, however with grooving bass player Tjeerd Hingst and rockforce Henk Hazenberg hittin’ the drums, Henderson once again found new energy to push through and his fenomenal old school guitar playing, now supported by a solid base, had received more bite than ever!!
Annie v/d Harst, (lead vocalist who had earlier received comments like “what a voice”!!) was brought back and hardly one year later Henderson put on a show that already has brought many audiences to explosion!!!
With a set of pure blues and bluesrock and plain old solid hard rock, Henderson received many comments from old fans like, “I couldn..t believe what I heard”, “better than ever” and the good old “we want more”!!
People who had never seen the band before were equaly enthousiastic and comments like “fantastic”, “what a show” and pure stage animals” were rather rule than exeption!
