I usually perform solo, but I love collaborating with other musicians. Right now my ensemble gigs are usually jazz, with a rhythm section.
On my albums, though, I've played with musicians who play the following instruments: guitar, dobro, saxophone, violin, cello, drums, bass, assorted vocals...

"Helen, you rock." --autograph from Garrison Keillor, host of "A Prairie Home Companion," the long-running public radio show.
--------------------------------------------------------
"Helen’s songs are original compositions and are influenced by a range of styles from gospel to jazz to choral music. She’s a little Diana Krall, a little Carole King and a little Harry Chapin rolled into one." -- Mary Schmidt, Schmidt Communicates, LLC

"Helen's debut disc contains music that will transport you away from the mundane, 'everything sounds the same' music you are exposed to every day. Some of the songs will lift you up while others will help you relax as they wind through feelings and emotions that we've all experienced at times in our lives. ... You owe it to yourself to give this disc a listen… not once…and more than just a few times. The more you listen, the more you will be affected by the sweetness, the sassy-ness, and charm of this recording."

is a piano teacher, church organist, Jazz Diva on weekends, and math tutor, when she can fit it in...............................
believes that it's perfectly fine to love Mozart, Julie Andrews, Miles Davis, Beyonce, and Pete Seeger all at the same time. People who insist on "picking" one genre are missing out.................................

We're glad you like our music! We have been trying to get out to Green Bay/Appleton/Oshkosh. We are planing to book something there for the late summer or fall. What are the best venues in your area for rock shows?
hi Helen! I could use your help, I'm playing at Harmony by the Bay on AUG 17 in Menominee, MI, near Marinette at 6 PM. If you know someone there could you spread the word? Thanks and God bless ya, Rosanna
well, lovely to see you tonight. would have been nice if i could have heard you over all of the loud talking 12 year olds that seemed to be everywhere in that place. i'm gonna have to catch you at some other venue...one where they actually show respect for a performer. (what a novel idea!!)
Wow, you got to go to Bermuda!! My Wisconsin friend and teaching colleague is off to Hawaii with her husband this summer. I will be content with a trip to Destin next week with my daughter. Have a great, and hopefully busy, summer.
