Our Angel couldn't fight any more. He went without tubes or lines on his own terms. He will live forever in our hearts.

I wanted to show you who Seamus really was. This video was taken the week before he went in for his last surgeries and probably captures his personality better than anything else. When you remember him, imagine him as he should be!
