What happens when someone immerses themselves entirely too much into the world of rap music. I am the result of when this happens.
Ok, this is just a quick bio for now until I get this page in full motion. Basically I grew up in North Hollywood, CA as a hardcore fan of rap music from about the age of 9 or so. I started writing raps at 15 or 16, and started taking it seriously as a career at 17. Since deciding to pursue rap music full-time, I've already contributed music to America's Best Dance Crew on MTV, I've gotten props from Sway of The Wake Up Show after I won a freestyle battle in front of 600 people at North Hollywood High, I've been in the studio with Bishop Lamont (Aftermath), and I've been cranking out songs like crazy. I definitely pride myself on being a versatile MC, which I don't really see a whole lot of people doing these days with the exception of somebody like Tech N9ne or Ludacris. However, just know that no matter what type of track I'm on, I'm always out to do the best possible job on it.
However, enough about my bio. I'll let you all know, you can hit me up either here or on my personal page (myspace.com/michaeljohnmarshall) if you're a rapper or singer that wants to do a track with me. Let's network, and knock a track out. Also, I offer my services as a songwriter for pretty much any genre of music (rap, R&B, pop, rock, etc.), so if you're a singer looking for songs, hit me up, I got some. And finally, for the cost of $5-$10, I'll do a special request song. Yes, a song about you, just tell me what you want mentioned in the song, I'll work it in and have it back to you as an MP3 as quickly as possible. So, let's get down to business. Oh, and also, if you need someone to host your mixtape, hit me up, I'll do it for free.
