Wisconsin is hardly known for producing notable bands or artists. Despite this fact, there are a number of criminally under-rated and over-looked musicians from this woodland state that deserve the pro-longed affection of music lovers everywhere just as much as any band on the cover of the current "cool" indie magazine. Heller Mason proves this fact with vigor. Todd Vandenberg, the man behind the songs of Heller Mason, has amassed a group of talented musicians to create beautiful alt-country/indie rock songs with thickly layered instrumentation and passionate lyrics that could only be crafted by a modest Wisconsin upbringing. "The Mess I've Made" is a stunning album that demands your undivided attention.

Hope your birthday was swell. Could you do me a favor send me the tracklisting for Hurry Up and Wait? I'd like to write it out and put it in the packaging. I know the album outtakes and have them in my itunes from a year and a half ago, but would like to write out the rest to put in with the packaging. Hope all is well. Tell Sam and Zuke I say hello.
Ha. Nevermind, you've got them in that post, I'll just copy them from there.
Did you know that David Pajo just released an acoustic Misfits cover record? I've only heard Where Eagles Dare so far, but I like your cover of She much better than that.
