Hellgrammite started in October of 2007 between Chad Allen(guitar, vocals) and Justin Straw(drums, vox) who had also spent five years prior playing together in the bands Gods Among Men and Tundra. Braden Bailey from Tundra joined Hellgrammite soon after on bass and helped compose five of the band's initial songs but then parted ways with Chad and Justin in April of '07 and was replaced by Drew Buck from Pukeitallup, WA's Return of the Bison. The band's first show was August 2nd of '08 @ The Greenhouse, followed by three more shows at fellow DIY venues like Camp Nowhere(RIP) and Squid and Ink and the band has just completed their two song demo with Brandon Fitzsimons at the helm. The demo will be available in tape form(fuck yeah!) soon with many more shows to come as well.

JUSTIN. Thanks again for putting together that show for us!!! That meant a lot to me. We had tuns of fun. We definitely want to come back. Man, I hope in November. And let us know when you want to come here!
