Hellions of Troy Roller Derby (HoTRD) is a flat track roller derby league based in the Capital Region of New York state. We are aspiring to become members of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association.[1] The Hellions of Troy are 100 percent skater-owned and operated. The league aims to promote camaraderie and athleticism among women through regular practice, competitive bouting and DIY organization. Every Hellion is a combination of athlete, punk rocker and show woman. The league is a part of the women's roller derby revolution of the 21st century and are dedicated to making the sport as fast, strategic and gripping as possible.
