About me:
HELLO, my Name is Sydney. I am one of six new buildings in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. You will find that I am the most fun of the group. Therefore, let me give you the real skinny. (deep breath) I have one plus bedroom condos for sale starting at 324K. Some of the other buildings have one, two and three bedrooms! The best part is that all six of the buildings have shared amenities. These include an indoor pool, gym, screening room, business and entertainment suite, wi-fi lounge, sauna and steam room, kids creative playspace, centralized refrigeration and delivery service unit and neo-concierge touch screens. (exhale).
I feel as though I am the fun one of the group. I house the billards and game room as well as the screening room. Boy, if these walls could talk! The poker tables alone will make friends and enemies but everyone can all get along by watching badlands on the big screen. This is where all the magic really happens. Where plans are made and bets are lost...and hopefully won. Oh, not that I am suggesting that gambling takes place here. Im talking about a heated game of kanasta and checkers.

Id like to meet serious thrill seekers. Someone who looks for the entertainment in life. Someone who wants to play, for the sake of winning. A heavy need for quality films and that can play pool. Hey, im not all about after hours entertainment, I also enjoy the rooftop lounge and the fact that I can drive my big ass car into the garage in the basement, drop off my bag upstairs and go somewhere where I can relax, enjoy some scotch and not be anywhere near my roommate!
