Sick, tortured, and tired of searching for the right rhythm section, Northwestern Pennsylvania rockers Sam M c U m b e r and Jonathan Smith turned to technology. After first disrupting Lawrenceville and then Highland Park for weeks with their rehearsals of layered rock guitars and Maiden-esque harmonies over beats, the lads from up North are ready to take it out of the town. If you don't dance, there's a good chance that you're dead...or that you've got less soul than a tape deck.

Saturday, August 18th, 2007 9PM @ the Brillobox, the Hood Gang presents… The Ultimate Bachelorette Party!!! Yes, that’s right. We’re hosting a bachelorette party for one of our friends and believe me its going to get ridiculous. Expect: the first ever band of strippers, Dirty Dancing meets the Full Monty, Banana-Hammocks, Professor Murder (from NYC), A Spice of Life Party as an opening act, dick in a box, a lot of wild women (but guys are still welcome), drunken debauchery, limited pre-releases of the NEW hood gang CD and DVD to be on sale, and of course for the event to sell out (it’s the hottest ticket in town) so get there early and remember, everyone’s in the hood gang and we love you all very, very much!
