    Helm was officially founded in Eskilstuna (Sweden) by Lars Netzel, Peter Marchione and Michael Strandtoft. This trio, however, was actually making music before Helm under various names and with other people involved. Ulrika Palmström was first hired to put some additional vocals on some tracks but since she made such a great job she was, of course, forced to join aswell :). Peter ran into Arash Maghdori when studying PR in the north of Sweden. While constantly creating new own material Helm also put quite some effort into remixing other artists. Today the members of Helm are living in Gothenburg and Eskilstuna. www.helm-music.com
