To Whom It May Concern:
Mr. Davison had advanced kidney failure. It progressed to end stage kidney disease secondary to diabetic nephropathy. He had a lot of difficulty with access placement. He has difficulty on hemodialysis and will probably be switched to peritoneal dialysis which he can do at home.
He would greatly benefit from a kidney transplant which will have a major impact on the quality of his life.
