What to do if someone is suicidal
If the person is actively going to kill themself.. CALL FOR HELP!!
If the person is not actively going to kill themself.. just talk to them.. listen
DO NOT leave them alone
Dont make fun of their thoughts
No suicidal person wants to be questioned.. they just want someone to listen to them
Use a calming voice and don't rush them
NEVER keep it a secret.. always tell an adult
Use word choices like "i care" and "i love you".. trust me.. they work
Hold their hand
And be there for them
If your not with them.. tell them to call this number A.S.A.P

Signs someone is thinking to kill themself
Recent loss in the family or a good friend
Sudden change of dress style
Not eating much
Not talking to people..keeping to themself
Drawings of blood or death
Saying odd things like "You won't have to worry about me anymore" or saying "goodbye" at weird times
Thinking and talking about themself as "hopeless" or anything along those lines
These are just some signs.. NOT all of them
Watch your friend's actions... It could save their life
What to do if your being abused
If your being physically abused right now CALL FOR HELP!!
If not then tell an adult about the problem.. dont keep it to yourself
If a friend tells you that they are being abused by anyone (boyfriend, parent..) DONT KEEP IT A SECRET! Tell someone
Never take actions into your own hands.. always ask for help
Call your local abuse hotline
You can reach one by dialing the operator and asking for one
