A body was found on 05-01-08 near the beach of Punta Santiago at the town of Humacao. Police said that they thing that is possible that the body was the 13 year old boy Michael Reyes Rivera, missing in January 14 2007 in the mentioned area, because of the clothes and the shoes are similar at the ones that use the boy the day that disappear. The body was found for a group people that are looking for aluminum cans in the mentioned beach. According to the police investigation, Kitza Rivera, mother of Michael said that Roberto Vázquez Mercado (step father of Michael), asked to her that hi will kill the boy because of Kitza do not want to let Roberto see another baby that the had in their relation. En 05-01-08 fue encontrado el cuerpo de una persona cerca de la playa de Punta Santiago en el Pueblo de Humacao. La policia dijo que cree que la osamente encontrada pertenece al niño de 13 años Michael Reyes Rivera, desapareceido el dia 14 de Enero de 2007 en le area mencionada porque la ropa y los zapatos encontrados son similares a los que utilizaba Michael el dia de su desaparicion. La familia de Yeremi Vargas, el niño desaparecido en Vecindario el pasado 10 de marzo, sabe que la gente no ha perdido el interés ni la capacidad para solidarizarse con ellos.
Algunas personas vienen a buscar carteles del niño para renovarlos, se han puesto en contacto con nosotros para realizar una gala por Yeremi en Sardina. Tal vez lo más representativo es la producción de 40.000 carteles pequeños, tipo bolsillo que ha realizado Insular Asistencia, según comenta Milagros Suárez. En esa especie de recordatorios sé ha eliminado la palabra 'desaparecido' para sustituirla por un significativo “Te seguimos buscando”.

But more than four months after its disappearance, there is no sign of the boy. This is one of the worse days than we are going to have, but it has to pass it, said Milagros Suarez, aunt of Yeremi Vargas and familiar spokesman.
The family of Yeremi Vargas, the boy that disappear in Vecindario (Gran Canarias), the past 10 of March, knows that people are not lost the interest in Yeremy’s case.
