About helpyourself

The helpyourself saga began in early 2004. They have been writing songs and playing shows in the greater Sacramento area ever since. Though originally dubbed-SonicFolkCore (a new genre of music specifically created by the band, for the band), helpyourself has come around the musical bend so to speak and now happily announces that they are simply - Rock n Roll music. Straight up. In time helpyourself hopes to become infamously known in the Sacramento area as "the little band that could". We hope you enjoy what helpyourself has to offer you and yours for many years to come.
