out of LA in the middle of the night. It just soured my stomach on professional sports all together - because they are not there for the game - it's all about money. Now, don't get me wrong, I love money and always want more - but I make no bones about the fact that I work for a living. I care about the people I work for and put their interests above mine - this may be the secret to my success - unlike the Raiders and other pro sports who are just in it for themselves.
So, who I would like to meet these days fall into one of two categories - business and spiritual.
As far as professional business people the list is short - Donald Trump. He started out strong - lost everything and then rebuilt his personal empire to new unimaginable heights in just a few short years - anything is possible.
Chef Gordon Ramsey is a brilliant man who tells it like it is. Although a bit too vulgar in day-to-day speech, he really has it together. He can observe a situation and quickly figure out how to turn it around and make it better.
On the spiritual side, I would love to meet and have fellowship with Pastor Chuck Smith. I have seen him speak and teach several times and even visited his church - but to get to know the man that started the Calvary Chapel movement would be an incredible blessing. Pastor Chuck is truly one of God's prophets.
