GeneralLike so many others, my story has highs and lows. The highs are very high and the lows are very low.

I am a firm believer in Christianity and do believe that God has a plan and He has selected me to play a part in His plan. He often does not reveal what He has in mind, but when He does, it's magnificent.

An example of how God can take the worst case scenario and use it for His Glory is my wife, Sherri who has been treated for cancer since 1994. It was a slow cancer, so they projected a life expectancy of about 5 years and here she is in 2008 and still going. She has been an inspiration to so many people and I have been able to comfort family members of those with loved ones who suffer. I believe in all my heart that because of my love and devotion to Sherri and her Love of the Lord, that God continues to use us for His Glory.

No matter how bad you have it, remember there are always thousands and thousands who have it much worse.

MusicIt's Been a Long Time Since I Rock and Rolled!

These days it is oldies in the background as I work away and not let the music distract me too much.

But it's Only Rock and Roll, And I like It!

TelevisionI remember thinking that Reality Shows were the biggest waste of time and had nothing to do with them, until I watched my first episode of Survivor in the middle of the season - back in 2004.

Now, they are my favorite - and the best of them all is Kitchen Nightmares where Chef Gordon Ramsey goes into a upscale restaurant that is in trouble and literally turns it around in one weeks time. Amazing!

BooksThe number one all time best seller is still my favorite book - The Holy Bible.

Other than that, I am sad to say I do not read many books these days. Perhaps I'll pick up a reference book at Barnes and Noble to teach me some new technique using the internet or on real estate investing - but nothing fictional - sorry to say, I just don't have the time.

HeroesMy hero is an unlikely candidate - but it is Colonel Sanders of Kentucky Fried Chicken fame.

I don't remember the whole story - but he was old - mid 70's I believe when he took his Chicken Restaurant concept on the road - often sleeping in his car as he traveled from one town to another, looking for someone who would believe in him - until finally he got his backing and the chain of restaurants the dot the landscape are now a tribute to believing in yourself.

About me:
A professional REALTOR that specializes in the sale and servicing of bank owned REO real estate. Most of the homes we sell today are to First Time Home Buyers or Investors - two completely different markets.

Not only does my team and I sell homes that families have lost to the foreclosure process we do everything we can to help keep families in their homes.

We are proactive in the Loss Mitigation process, servicing many local home owners and helping those who can to save their homes. The home owner who cannot or does not want to stay in their home we will assist them with a dignified short sale of their home, preserving as much of their credit and dignity as possible.

Who I'd like to meet:
out of LA in the middle of the night. It just soured my stomach on professional sports all together - because they are not there for the game - it's all about money. Now, don't get me wrong, I love money and always want more - but I make no bones about the fact that I work for a living. I care about the people I work for and put their interests above mine - this may be the secret to my success - unlike the Raiders and other pro sports who are just in it for themselves.

So, who I would like to meet these days fall into one of two categories - business and spiritual.

As far as professional business people the list is short - Donald Trump. He started out strong - lost everything and then rebuilt his personal empire to new unimaginable heights in just a few short years - anything is possible.

Chef Gordon Ramsey is a brilliant man who tells it like it is. Although a bit too vulgar in day-to-day speech, he really has it together. He can observe a situation and quickly figure out how to turn it around and make it better.

On the spiritual side, I would love to meet and have fellowship with Pastor Chuck Smith. I have seen him speak and teach several times and even visited his church - but to get to know the man that started the Calvary Chapel movement would be an incredible blessing. Pastor Chuck is truly one of God's prophets.
