While focusing primarily on our own individual talents, each one of us brings something more to the table than just our chosen proffession. No single person soley writes a song. Ideas form naturally from the four corners and more often than not, Henryhill's songs mature with little or no spoken communication. We play by instinct. We live through music.
Our name, though simple - and obvious, has deep meaning for us. Henry Hill was a mobster. Google it and then come back. Besides the Mobster element that appealed to us, Henry C. Hill is also a local prison that some believe was the eventual downfall of what was once a thriving community. Before you waste time on hate mail, we have no beef with the good people trying to earn a living out there. We just hate the idea of blowing 30k a year on each prisoner. Thats where your fine tax dollars go... well that and bail out plans for big biz execs. Again don't waste your time on political hate mail either. Were not a politcal band. We're just a group of guys that have grown tired of the norm. Regardless of how, and without pointing fingers at any one individual... the prison ruined this town, and not that we are particulary fond of this place, but we feel we can change it. If even only slightly. One tiny voice can move mountains. What are you doing with yours?
