About me: Comedian Henry Marcellus is a comedian with many talent. In 2005, he produced his first independent (feature length) film about comedy, "5 MINUTES OF FAME: ASPIRING COMICS". A film about the struggle and the reality of what it's like be a stand-up comedian. A documentary film that exposes the truth about the hardest art form in entertainment--stand up comedy. A documentary that's filled with drama, excitement, and laughter...a must see for all comedy fans.
"I want to share this movie with other comedians and fans alike. Standup comedy as inspired me to produce this movie. And I hope this movie will inspire those willing to go after their dreams. I always thought if it was worth living...it was worth recording. I spent 2 years of my life recording and living my life as a comedian, going from one open mic to the next, bombing night after night, discovering what it took to be funny. Nobody starts at the top and what I've learned was it took tremendous amounts of failures before hearing the applause and laughters from the audience . It was my dream to share with you what it took to be a comedian and what it takes to keep moving forward. I like to thank everyone who participated in this movie and ventured out with me into the unknown. Thank you for sharing your points of view and allowing me to share with everyone your pain, your love for comedy, your courage, your laughter, your passion, and your 5 minutes of fame--to shine! Without you all this movie was not possible! Thanks!"
Thanks for the add, Henry :) I hear you all the time on THE FOXXHOLE/Sirius Satellite Radio! You're a great comic. Keep standing-up, and I'll keep listening :D

Hey bro, I just got done watching your "5 minutes of fame" series (sorry it took so long to get to), and I just wanted to say... well done, sir! It looks like you had a good time putting it all together. Seeing clips of the old club really brought back some great memories. I can't believe it's been 10 years since the first time I walked on that stage. Is it still just sitting there??? I'm gonna re-open that biatch someday. Anyway, happy new year. Hope to bump into ya soon. Peace, homie! Roy
Sup Henry, i aint forget about you man just been busy. I'm going to school now going for my Masters in Business Marketing so my schdule been a little tight-ended. Will get together soon. Peace Out !
