The Band Hauser/Enghoff was formed in august 2008 and consist of Michael Hauser (pianist) and Soren Enghoff (singer).
Both members had prior to the formation of the band lived different lives, where Hauser for instance worked as a police officer in downtown Copenhagen and later on graduated with a masters degree in Management Science and worked for couple of years as product manager for a larger telecommunications company. Soren Initially was educated and worked as a baker and later on became a travel guide in Greece, Spain, Italy and in other countries as well. When he returned home to Denmark he worked as a radiohost for a local radio in the southern part of Denmark.
For both members music is the driving force, and when they finally met in late summer 2008 there was a rare chemistry, and so they began working together on their first single-album with the working title "First Random Three". The single-album, as the working title implies, consists of three songs: "This Losing Game", Wine and Dine" and "City Lights". The songs all originate from experiences from the members own lives. A second album is sheduled for february 2009.
The next step is for Hauser/Enghoff to get a record deal. The band both tries to obtain that through getting their songs aired on radio and by sending the music directly to record companies of interest.
